Brewing Instructions

How to brew hojicha (loose-leaf)

1.5 tsp (3g) hojicha
5 fl oz (150ml) water at 212F (100C)

1. Scoop out tea into teapot or steeper
2. Pour in water
3. Steep for about 30 seconds
